It's based on the Rational-Ethical Leadership (REL) Model, which empowers individuals of all ages and backgrounds to navigate everyday decisions with purpose and integrity. Whether you're a student, a parent, a professional, or a change-maker, REL invites you to lead from within, on your terms, in your context, for your path.

I created the REL Model because I kept seeing the same pattern. People with talent and drive were held back by circumstances they didn’t choose. Some never had a chance to develop their own voice or sense of direction. Others were doing their best to survive, not because they lacked ability, but because the systems around them offered little support.
REL grew out of a simple question: what would change if personal leadership were something everyone could practice, not something reserved for a few?
To me, REL isn’t a trend or a slogan. It’s a practical way to understand yourself, make clearer choices, and treat others with honesty and respect. It’s built for people who are starting from scratch, rebuilding, or trying to break long-standing patterns.
My hope is that anyone can use REL, no matter their background or status. Leadership should feel accessible. It should help us move through the world with more clarity, steadiness, and dignity.
